Kwara State- in a bold move to tackle the infrastructural and digital challenges in public schools across Kwara State, the Kwara State Education Trust Fund (ETF) has announced the official rollout of its Adopt-A-School initiative-a strategic program designed to transform public education through private and community partnerships. With over 70% of public schools in the state requiring urgent renovation and fewer than 10% equipped with digital learning tools, the ETF is calling on well-meaning individuals, corporate bodies, philanthropists, alumni associations, NGOs and community-based organizations to support this transformative mission.
The Adopt-A-School initiative offers three flexible adoption tiers:
Bronze: Focused on basic renovations.
Silver: Includes the provision of digital tools and ICT lap setup.
Gold: A comprehensive transformation, technology, and learning resources.
